Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Rhizoctonia binucleic (BNR) and the use of biopesticide on nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (N, P, and K) levels of vanilla plant tissue (Vanilla planifolia Andrews). The research was conducted in Kalibening, Kebondalem village, Jambu sub district, Semarang Central of Java. The study was conducted from March to August 2017. By used a single factor of completely randomized block design, repeated 3 replications. The Treatment was the dosage of botanical pesticide (N) consisting of 6 level that are: (0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50) ml/L named as. N0, N1, N2, N3, N4, N5. The results showed that the application of BNR and the treatment of biopesticide had a very significant effect on N and K but significantly affected the vanilla plant tissue P. The highest N content on treatment dosage biopesticide N1: 10 ml/L that as 2.31% lowest at N5: 50 ml/L 1.96%. The highest P content in N1: 10 ml/L 0.98%, the lowest at N5 50 ml/L as 0.68%. Highest potassium content in treatment N1: 1.46%, the lowest at N0: 0.87%.
