Abstract
The study entitled “The Impact of Profitability and Capital on Firm Value from Enterprise Risk Management” examines the impact of profitability as measured by return on asset and capital as measured by capital adequacy ratio on firm value as measured by price to book value of enterprise risk management. The study uses a population and sample of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period using the target sampling method. The sample obtained by this method is 26 companies and a total of 130 data could be used as the survey sample. Analysis of research data using moderator regression analysis which was analyzed with SPSS 25. As a result, profitability has little impact on firm value, capital has little impact on firm value, dan the interaction between profitability and enterprise risk management has little impact on firm value. It has been shown that the interaction between capital and enterprise risk management has a significant impact on firm value. This research contributes to the management of banking companies, which they practice and see as a means to achieve high corporate performance in line with expectations.
