Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out: 1) The influence of CV. AMM IT SOLUTIOS SURAKARTA on Market e-Retribution Revenue at the Office of Cooperative Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises. 2) The influence of PT. Bank Jateng on Market e-Retribution Revenue at the Cooperative Trade Office, Small and Medium Enterprises. 3) The influence of CV. AMM and PT. Bank Jateng mutually influences Market e-Retribution Revenue at the Office of Cooperative Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises. The results of this study are expected CV. AMM IT SOLUTIONS to further suspend network problems that were complained by DINDAGKOPUKM of Rembang Regency. Because without network suspension, the Excel e-Retribution presented by CV. AMM IT SOLUTIONS is not in sync with the CMS / Current Account issued by the Bank Jateng Rembang Branch. For Bank Jateng itself to be more efficient in filling in e-Retribution balances by Merchants. Because if there is a delay in filling in the balance and tapping, there will be arrears, and the arrears are taken once a month by 2%. So that both parties work together so that traders are given satisfaction from the existence of the e-Retribution Application. Making it more Practical, Efficient and Accountable.
