Abstract

This research is about measuring the performance of road construction supervisory consultants using the CSI method in implementing the Surakarta-Gemolong-Purwodadi Road Reconstruction project. Data is processed using the MS Excel and SPSS programs, namely by testing validity, reliability testing, and data analysis with the customer satisfaction index (CSI). With this method, an index of stakeholder and respondent satisfaction will be obtained based on the performance of the road construction supervision consultant. The results are as follows: The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value for the supervision consultant is 84.32%, which indicates that project stakeholders and respondents feel "very satisfied" with the performance of the Surakarta-Gemolong-Purwodadi Road Construction Supervision Consultant. 81.41% (Very Satisfied), Ability to Assure Quality of Work: 63.42% (Quite Satisfied), Project Managerial Ability: 79.99% (Satisfied), Ability to prevent, reduce, or overcome problems or conflicts: 59.50% (Quite Satisfied), and Quality of Internal HR Consultants: 60.28% (Quite Satisfied)
