Abstract
This study aims to determine the vanilla plant resistance to stem rot pathogen that has been inoculated with F. oxysporum f.sp.vanillae with the fungi binucleate Rhizoctonia at Andisol soil. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture, Tunas Pembangunan University at Surakarta and the village of Jambu, Bedono Semarang. The study was designed with a single randomized block design , consisting of 2 factors. The first factor was binucleate Rhizoctonia inoculation (M ) there were 3 levels: without inoculation of binucleat Rhizoctonia (M0); inoculated binucleate Rhizoctonia 10 g (M1 ), and inoculated binucleate Rhizoctonia 25 g (M2). The second factor was F. oxysporum f.sp.vanillae inoculation treatments (F) there were 4 levels, without inoculated of F. oxysporum f.sp.vanillae (F0), inoculated with F. oxysporum f.sp.vanillae 14 days inoculation of binucleate Rhizoctonia (F1 ), inoculated fungus F. oxysporum f.sp.vanillae after 21 days inoculated fungi binucleate Rhizoctonia (F2), and inoculated fungi of F. oxysporum f.sp.vanillae after 28 days inoculated fungi binucleate Rhizoctonia (F3 ). The results showed that Andisol soil binucleate Rhizoctonia inoculated in plants as mycorrhizal enhances and vanilla growth ( plant height , fresh weight plants, dry weight plants, root fresh weight, root dry weight, number of leaves, root volume), inhibited development of F. oxysporum f.sp.vanillae which indicated by an increase in asam amino, phosphor in the soil , phosphor of root tissue , but decreased of proline and glucose
